It was my first time here and let me just say, everyone must go!! The service is amazing, Kelly was great. The food is authentic and delicious. It's such a cute space in there, very warm and welcoming. 10/10

Easily the best place to get breakfast in Newport. Service is exemplary, atmosphere is top notch, and the food and tea is great. Couldn't recommend this restaurant more.

Not only is the food and atmosphere amazing - the service is incredible! My clumsy self dropped half of my sandwich and they made me a new one straight away. I've been here for a couple of weeks on military orders and this place was highly recommended for breakfast. The bagels are freshly made and have the right amount of flavor and density. We're definitely coming back!

Despite outdoor construction, we were transported to England while we dined at Kellie's. We enjoyed our meal. I got the Cowboy sandwich which had the most delicious back bacon. My mom had the full English breakfast and they make all meals to order which was wonderful. The jam was perfect! We also ordered a sausage roll, which was my reason for coming. It was very flaky and tasty. Kellie and her partner greeted us and were very nice.

Loved this restaurant! The service was friendly and attentive but not over-the-top or in your face--welcoming. The ambiance matches the theme and felt comfortable. And the food... we had steak and ale pies with mash and peas--they were perfect! Excellent seasoning and texture of steak with a flaky crust, and the mash was from potatoes rather than flakes. We also had a scone with jelly and cream, and it also was delicious. So glad we stopped in!

Today I had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious well prepared traditional English (Full Monty) breakfast at my new favorite restaurant in Newport, RI. The only thing that was better than the menu selections available to eat in or for Take Away was the most hospitable owners and cooks, Kellie and her husband David. It was truly a heavenly slice of the UK right here in America. It has a good menu including afternoon High Tea if you'd like to partake of this royal respite during your trip to Newport. Their hours are 8a-2p, Monday-Saturday. Checkout their Facebook page and their online website. Thanks K&D for a wonderful experience. Full English Breakfast, (Full Monty). Meat Pies and Sausage Rolls.

This place is an absolute gem. My friends and I came one afternoon shortly before they closed up and we were greeted warmly by the owners. The food was amazing, the chocolate selection was amazing, and the atmosphere was quaint and homely. I will definitely be back, and I suggest you pay them a visit too!

WHERE HAS THIS PLACE BEEN ALL MY LIFE? As a former Mrs. Lovett in "Sweeney Todd", I am always on the lookout for shops that sell meat pies (LOL) and other British delicacies. We've driven by this unassuming spot so many times, but never stopped until very recently for a pleasant Saturday morning spot of brunch and I'm glad we did! The cafe gets busy on weekends, and I would HIGHLY advise you to call in advance if you have your heart set on one of the house made scones to confirm availability. I was bummed that they were sold out, but the house made sausage roll, full English breakfast, and eggs on toast more than made up for it. I will be calling in advance next time, the scones are mine! Kellie herself is a delight, as is her husband. They cheerfully man the register, kitchen, and dining area all with a smile on their face and UK Soccer matches on the telly in the background. It's businesses like these that I love to find and support and of course, spread the word about. It seems that they truly care about their guests and their restaurant, and I can't wait to visit again.

First off I want to say Kellie is fabulous. She gave me fantastic recommendations for breakfast. I also appreciate her playful banter she has with her customers. I ordered the cowboy which was incredible. It was made with "English" sausages. This sandwich was better than most American breakfast sandwiches I've had !!

When you enter Kellies Cafe it feels like you stepped out of the USA and into England. Kelly and Sheree will warmly welcome you as soon as you walk through the door. The restaurant is adorned in teacups and British snacks and candy. There's a tv to watch the football. Being South African I chose this restaurant for my birthday breakfast because alot of the food is the same as that which we serve back home. My friend got the steak and ale pie and I got the chicken pie which Kelly has specially made for the restaurant. We both ordered a sausage as well because they are imported and how could we not?! Everyone was divine. Exactly what I had hoped for. I left with a scone and a bag full of treats. Can't wait for round 2!!
